Studio Patchbay Switcher Rotary Monitor Controller and Summing Mixer
A Pleasant Surprise — My Experience with VintageMaker
Hey there music enthusiasts and gearheads! Today, I want to share my recent experience with Vintagemaker, a company I stumbled upon quite by chance. And let me tell you, I am beyond impressed!
So, what happened? Well, I decided to reach out to Vintagemaker to build me a passive routing and monitor controller. When the package arrived, the first thing that struck me was how fantastic it looked. The build quality was top-notch, and it exuded an air of pure quality.

But of course, looks aren’t everything. I plugged it in and hit play, and oh boy, did it deliver! The sound quality was simply remarkable. I mean, I honestly didn’t expect this level of audio excellence at the price point I paid.
One of the standout moments in this journey was meeting Paul from Vintagemaker. He took his time to walk me through all the options available. And let me tell you, the possibilities here are endless. Initially, I just wanted a monitor controller, but soon I realized the incredible potential this device had. My goal was to route various synthesizers to two stereo buses connected to DIs, and this turned out to be the perfect solution.
With the bus mixer, I can now seamlessly route my synths directly into the DIs without the need for a patchbay. Plus, I can mix the synth signals to create some truly unique sound combinations.
And what a sound it all has, it’s really, really good!
I can recommend this company without reservation. Advice, construction
time and construction quality leave nothing to be desired. Vintagemaker
is one of the best companies I have encountered in 25 years of music
production. I will get more devices here.
So, a big shoutout to Paul for his fantastic work. Thanks for making my music setup sound better than ever!
